Bedside Lamp 2 - Apple Homekit Pairing Problem

I purchased a Bedside Lamp 2 and received it. I am trying to pair the lamp with Homekit. After 2 days of trying different methods, I gave up and look through internet. Although I like the product, what I find out from this forum is that I have to return this product.

My apps are latest.

Lamp firmware is latest.

Apple Homekit code does not work. (Neither QR or code)

I will try to enter the generic code I have seen here tonight.

Is this the last resort before returning the product?

Hey there. I have the same issue. But mine didn’t turn of at all, I have to unplug the power supply.
Did you found a solution for it??
