Hello,
I bought two lamps of this model and they are constantly getting offline in the application Alexa (Amazon).
They work directly in Mi home or Yeelight app.
I also detected a crash (No response and goes offline) when I ask to change the color of the light on Alexa.
I tested the two lamps and in both occurs the problem.
Other mi lamps I have in the house (different models), change the color normally without the reported error.
Please, fix this…
