Changed Wi-Fi, YeeLight stopped working

I changed my wi-fi network, tried connecting the yeelight ceiling light to the new network but was unable to do so - can’t find the light in the yeelight app. Furthermore, the remote stopped working with the yeelight as well - tried connecting by pressing OFF+M but it didn’t work. Tried restarting the light by doing the 5 x 2secsOn2secsOff method but it did not restart. Any ideas?
