connection timeout Yeelight bulb II

I’ve had a yeelight bulb II color for a few years now and I have always used it with google home. But yesterday I tried to use it with the yeelight app and I saw that it was offline, so I went to reset it and now it doesn’t connect anymore, it always gives “connection timeout” error in the last step.
Note: I’ve tried using the emails to update the firmware, but I can’t log into any emails
