Yeelight server unresponsive

Same here (italy)

temporarily solved using Samsung Smart Things app, added yeelight bulbs on it and connected Alexa with Samsung Smart Things Skill…

The Yeelight’s silence regarding this subject starting to feel really annoying.
Not even a “we’ll take a look at it”.

Thankful Philips Hue lights on Amazon are with a good price.

My lights are working now.

This is not he first time this has happened, a couple of years ago this also happened to a lot of people.

——— PROBLEM ————

I’m using the EU servers and all my Yeelight bulbs were working under Yeelight app but not on Alexa.

——— SOLUTION ———

Deleted all my bulbs on Yeelight app
Delete app from iPhone and restart the phone
Disabled Yeelight Skill
Then installed all again from scratch

Now everything is working as usual.

The problem solved just on alexa app go to the setting delete the yeelight device then go again to the setting and add a new device your problem will be solved

My lights now working without any issue through alexa and google

After Alexa app update it is working again.

After the last firmware update everything started behaving odd. Alexa would only turn the lights on and off without colors. I removed the devices from alexa and now alexa refuses to add them in discovery mode. I keep reinstalling them on yeelights app but nothing seems to work. Also, smart things doesn’t recognize the lights either, so I can’t use that work around. I’m on the north america server…
