I am having the same issue. I recently moved to a new house and bought lots of new Yeelight devices based on my previous experiences. But to my great disappointment it seems that none of them have the option of LAN Control. Is there any workaround for this?
My mi account is 1306428298 (mainland china). Is it possible to be whitelisted for LAN Control because this feature is really important for both daily usage and development purposes.
Xiaomi Yeelight YLDP02YL also shows as yeelink.light.color3, but when I selected mainland china server in the yeelight app and attempted a firmware upgrade, I yield the message:
Current Version: 2.0.6_0035 - This is the latest version
Please make new firmware available for the bulb, too
Oh, and if this needs adding me to the whitelist: MI ID: 1699451085
This will hopefully make my Home Assistant automations work again
New updates, Xiaomi never try to contact with me since that day. But in the meanwhile, Yeelight contacted me, and they wanna give another shot on adding my MI ID to the so-called whitelist, in 30 mins. We’ll see how that goes.
failed
Finally got a firmware update push, after that…
The music mode botton once there is gone.
