Devices keep showing offline in Smartthings

I have been linking Yeelight with Smartthings app.
However, they are always showing the devices are offline until I relink again.
Any idea why this happened?

Experiencing the same issue, any ETA or workaround for a fix?

Same issue, hope this gets fixed. Only workaround so far seems to log to the web interface, select your yeelight devices and change the device type from placeholder to “Simulated RGBW Bulb”
However this is only temporary and after a couple of days they will change back to “placeholder” and you have to change them back

I have been experiencing the same issues for more than six months!!:confused:
No resolution even after flagging it to staff in Yeelight who has been engaging Smartthings!
