I recently purchased the Yeelight Light Strip Plus from the official Australian store but later realised that it was the 1S version that I was after (Razer Support) and wanted to submit a return for them. I purchased it on the 14th of December and I sent my first email out requesting a refund on the 27th of December. I have sent out 3 total emails to 3 different email addresses (as I wasn’t sure which one to contact) and still have had no response from any of them. The return policy states that if I submit a request within 30 days and the packaging is still unopened I can receive a RMA number and get my money back. Can anyone help me get an RMA number so I can return it and buy the 1S instead?
