Hello Yeelight-Support,
we’ve been having some problems with our JIAOYUE YLXD02YL 650mm (White Lampshade) ceiling light. Since a few months, segments of the ambient light stopped working from time to time, randomly working again later. Since the beginning of December, three of the four segments have now stopped working completely (see images).
We bought it on 08/17/2019 on Gearbest. The “Starry-Lampshade”-variant we got in the same order still works.
Naturally, we are rather disappointed with the quality of the product and are wondering what you can do about this. Writing to support_de@yeelight.com yielded no response, so we hope that we can get an answer through this forum.
