Yeelight Chroma Connector Can't detect LED Strips 1s

Hi guys,

I just bought Yeelight led strip 1s and try to connect with razer Synapse 3, Razer Synapse can detect Yeelight Chroma Connector same with my other gear, but Yeelight Chroma Connector itself can’t detect my Yeelight 1s, I already try to reconnect to same network but still useless

please help, thank you.
