Xiaomi Mi LED Ceiling Light - TN-C wiring

Hello,
I bought Xiaomi Mi LED Ceiling Light, MJXDD01YL. In manual it is written that grounding wire has to be connected. However, wiring in my house is older type, namly TN-C which means that grounding is done by neutral wire. After couple of hours of searching web I came to conclusion that 3 options can be considered:

  1. Not to connect ground wire and avoiding touching metal part of lamp. (which wont be difficult since it is on celling).

  2. Connect neutral wire to ground socket and then bridge it to Neutral

  3. DO not install it at all as it is not compatibile with TN-C wiring

or maybe another option, still?

I’d love to install my xmas gift, so looking for a reply
