Yeelight keeps

Around the 2019 I ordered Yeelight Led Bulb. It was working fine until around march/april 2020. One day I tried connecting to the bulb but it all the time said it is offline so I tried to add it to the app once again. Now when I try to connect the bulb it says device disconnected after 99%. Please help me out I think I tried everything and nothing works. I changed the devices, reinstalled the app, tried adding bulb with xiaomi home app, signin up a new account, restarting wifi, updating software hundred times. Please help me out with this issue, it drives me crazy.
Please note all setting are the same just the update broke all connections…
What can i do to solve this?
