Yeelight is not being scanned / detected

I plugged in my yeelight, factory reset it and then nothing happens when scanning whether from mi app or yeelight app.

It just says “scanning for device”, it does not matter if I connect to the lamp wifi (that I can see) or not.

What to do? I have 230V

Using android, latest version of the app.

Light turns on, light’s wifi is visible, but scan does not do anything.

So upset right now
