Hello. Just a few days ago i bought a YEELIGHT Lightstrip and when i run the app it gave connection time out error. After few resets and different mobile devices also different routers(2.4ghz) it didnt change. When i checked the forum the ID number can cause that. My ID is much bigger than 429… After that i tried the lixin@yeelink.net with pasword yeelink123 but i couldnt register it says the password is incorrect. Please somebody can help me with that?

Try change the DNS of your router to 8.8.8.8. If your router support DNS over https(DoH), turn it on.
