Hello! I’ve change my physical location, and now I can’t connect my bulbs to a server.
I have the same router, I’ve changed secodary DNS to 8.8.8.8
Also, when I connected the bulbs last time, I connected them with the other internet provider, but I’ve used them with current one.
Anyway, current provider says, that devices are connecting to this server ot.io.mi.com and problem is on the other side, so I need to speak to xiaomi support team.
Please help me to fix this problem!
