I have two yeelight E27 color 2 bulbs in a fixture. One of them has lost brightness when set to white and does not see to display the correct colors. For example -when I set it to red it is purple. It seems as though one of the LED elements may have burned out. Not sure. It also sometimes does not respond to commands while the other bulb in the fixture does. All bulbs are on the latest firmware.
I tried unscrewing it, cleaning it with alcohol to make sure the contacts were clean, and screwed it back in tightly. Still having the same problem. Is the bulb faulty? Anything else that can be tried to fix it?
