Ceiling Light and smart bulb

Hi

Having several issues in the u.k - account 6324760842

If I connect to Singapore server I can connect my ceiling light and light strip okay… the colour bulb says it has successfully connected but doesn’t show in mihome app

If I connect to U.K. server I can connect bulb and light strip but it doesn’t allow me to connect ceiling light

Please help!

You should have made sure they are the same region before you buy
