Does anyone knows WHY the bulbs works ok when you install it, and they stop working with the network in the moment you get firmware actualization?. There is no way i can get them to be ONLINE again.
My modem, is from a private company, and i cant get acces to any of its configuration.
These products should be easy to install, easy to use, and problem free. Or at least easy to configure.
Feeling quite unhappy.
If anyone can help with this issue, thanks in advance.
