I recently bought the 1s desk lamp.
Well, I managed to connect it easily with my phone (Mi Home app from Android) and with my wifi network
and the Mi Home app worked. So I was able to control the lamp from my phone.
I tried updating the firmware of the lamp, but during the process, I turned off the lamp by mistake.
Now the lamp can’t connect to my wifi. I searched the web for solutions and i tried these:
- Reset the lamp using only the bottom reset button.
- Tried to connect but again timeout error appeared.
- Reset the lamp again pressing both the power button and the bottom reset button.
- Again timeout error appeared.
- I reset the lamp again.
- I then tried to connect the lamp to a 4G hotspot in order to update the firmware as some solutions mentioned but again the same message appeared.
- I reset the lamp again.
- I then tried to connect it to another 4G hotspot but the same happened.
Can you please advise me further in what can i do?
