My experience - in 99% of the cases it is up to router. Used to get these disconnects too, but since couple years I got new router (and use old one as access point) have no disconnects at all.
Hi Dalanik,
thanks for your answer. The strange stuff is: ALL the bulbs (and only them) are disconnected from the router… my other smart stuff (xiaomi ecosystem and not only) don’t have this issue.
if it is a problem of the router I should have everything disconnected and not only the bulbs.
Same issue here. It works for couple of days and keep disconnecting.
I need to turn off and on to make it work again.
I have 8 Yeelight RGB and this is happening on all of them.
All my other smart devices and lights from another brands are working without any issue.
This seems to me to be related to some problem with the DHCP expiration since this occurs on all devices in the same time interval.
The devices aren’t reconnecting to the wi-fi network.
Hi
I have the same problem with my yeelight bulbs (color2) … they disconnect from the router and don’t reconnect until I switch them off and on.
I have a model4 bulb that has not this problem …
It worked perfectly in 2018/2019, but for a year now it’s always had this problem of going offline, I have to keep turning it on and off several times before it starts working again. And the compatibility with alexa became horrible too.
I have the same problem, one of the bulbs disconnects after a few hours and stay as offline until I switch off and on. I already changed router but the issue remains.
Anyone could solve this?
