Filament Bulb (YLDP12YL) is offline after firmware update

After firmware update Bulb is offline in Yeelight app.
How to fix this?

Control through Google Assistant (mobile and lan network) and Yeelight Toolbox works.

Other devices are online in Yeelight app.

I found solution for this issue.
I opened router config. There was connection, that bulb have with server in China (120.92.96.155). It is strange because I use USA server. After that I switched Yeelight app to China server. There was the bulb online. I deleted the bulb from china server and added it again to USA server. Now the bulb is online on USA server. Now the bulb is online on USA server.

How did you delete the bulb from the China server? I’m having the same issue with an LED bulb, and there it is, on the china server.
