Hi!
I am seeing an issue with my Ceiling Light: everything works fine from the Xiaomi app, but Alexa, at certain times of the day (typically around 8:30GMT) reports “Device is unresponsive” and it doesn’t react to voice commands. The issue goes away on its own, usually after one hour or so.
Is there anything I can do to fix it, or is it something you need to look into at your end?
