I have purchase Yeelight LED Ceiling Light from China and the rest of Xiaomi Home Kit was purchased in Germany. Now the Xiaomi Home app does not find this device. However Yeelight App has connected and configured the lamp successfully, the AP name is yeelink-light-ceiling1-mibt793d.
I have also tried to add it to Tuya App with no success.
Any clues how to manage this device, I really want to setup some home automation such as automatic light on/off based in human presence.
IMHO, you can use Yeelight products on any server with Yeelight APP. But with mihome, it is region locked. So you have to have everything Europe on Europe server or everything China on Chinese server…
