Smart bulb won't turn on, or reset.

Hi, I just got my light bulbs yesterday, and any time I turn on the light switch, the glow a faint purple. I’ve tried to reset it, but no matter what I do, it always seems to glow purple.

If it’s hard to see in the morning, this is how it looks at night, and this is the only light these bulbs have ever given… Please help.

Seems the lamp is in factory mode, please try to install the application of quit factory to quit factory: http://android-dev.yeelight.com/factory.apk

I tried using the tool, but nothing happened… Also I tested the light bulb in another spot on the house and it worked fine… This is most likely a very strange problem on my end.
