MESH Gateway?

What products can be used as MESH Gateway for MESH bulbs and down lights? I live in Finland and I use Mi Home and I have selected China Mainland as a server.

I found article about MESH Gateway that is HomeKit compatible. Where I can bought it? Cannot find it anywhere.

I also wonder if this Bluetooth gateway can work with Yeelights Mesh products?

I use the Xiaoai Alarm Clock as gateway for my MESH downlights.

I live in Denmark and use the Mi Home app and the China Mainland as server.
