Cant conect with the app

Hi, i been trying to connect the yeelight led bulb with the app after changing the password of my router and its imposible. It stop at 25% conection, after selecting the yeelight wifi. :S

pretty much same issue here, at best I can get one of the 3 I bought to get to 25% and that’s as far it’ll ever go…

Disappointing to see this was posted almost a month ago without any reply from Yeelight. I bought a color LED that worked for two days… and now continues to be “offline” even after resets. If I don’t get a response from Yeelight in next 24 hours, I’ll return the color bulb and the two unopened tunable white bulbs I just received from Amazon…
