Hello everybody,

I have a problem with my Yeelight 35W Nox Round Diamond Smart LED Ceiling Light

The device is not possible to reset, it seems that it’s running in a kind of demo mode

I have another three device which are working well

Is there anybody with this problem, or someone who can solve it?

Hello,

It seems the lamp is in factory mode. And there’s a way to quit factory with remote.

1、Connect the lamp with remote
2、Press the following keys in sequence, OFF + - + - OFF
3、Lamp will breath to blink, then restart to user mode after about 5 seconds.
