Can’t select WiFi network on setup

Running an iPhone X on iOS13

Can’t properly setup the bulb. Any tips? I’m connected to a 2.4Ghz network.

Location permission is required on iOS 13 for getting WiFi name, please check it in System Settings.

Hi, I’ve switched on my location settings but still can’t find it.
Apparently my friend’s account can install the light in my app when she sign in my phone.

this issue has no matter with account.
so the light is connected now after switching account?

Yup.
Managed to soft the issue with my app account after restarting my phone and downloading the app again
