Running an iPhone X on iOS13

Hi, I’ve switched on my location settings but still can’t find it.
Apparently my friend’s account can install the light in my app when she sign in my phone.
can’t find what?
this issue has no matter with account.
so the light is connected now after switching account?

Managed to soft the issue with my app account after restarting my phone and downloading the app again
