I tried to create a simple schedule that is white during the day and dim orange at night, and I want to have a regular on/off light switch turn the light on and off as usual, and just control the color with the schedule. I expected that it would connect when turned on and the server would tell it what color to be based on the schedule, but it’s not doing that. It either remembers the last color, or uses the default if I set it, but it doesn’t pick up in the middle of the schedule when turned on. Is there any way to make it do that?
Also, if I have one schedule start when the other ends, to make it change color at that time, if it’s on it just turns off instead of changing color. Please tell me what I’m doing wrong with the schedules.
