Bedside lamp 2 going offline.

Tried many things, including setting a static IP address for it. So far no luck in getting this issue resolved.

Would you please whitelist me?

I have 2 beside lamp… 2.0.6_0039 the same problem.
With previus firmnware work perfect!

8 days with firmware 2.0.6_0039, the flight is normal.

Hi, An “update” is supposed to improve the device. It must be tested before launching. However, unfortunately, Xiaomi launches “Updates” in many of its devices, in which it worsens the operation, restricts its use, etc. It’s a lousy policy. Why don’t you listen to your European clients? There are people like me who are loyal to the brand. But many people don’t buy a brand if they have a bad experience. It’s advice.
If something works, don’t touch it! And so many updates with 0 improvements. At least from the customer’s point of view. Cheers

Hello @chyhaiyuan,

Since I bought the Lamp from today, everything worked fine (connected to Google Home, Yeelight, HomeKit and Google Assistant).

Today I updated the Lamp 2 to latest firmware and everything stopped from working. The Lamp does not responds anymore in the previous apps, saying “out of line” or “not connection” issues. So I cannot use the mobile to controle it neither voice commands are enabled.

Can you please add me to the whitelist?

please select china mainland server in app, then upgrade the lamp to the internal test version 2.0.6_0040.
