I bought the meteorite chandelier and one of the cables is not grabbed therefore I can’t hang the lamp. The vendor refuses to refund my money or give me a new lamp. Is there any way to repair it? where can I get the piece which grabs the cable and if so how can I replace it?
I tried to stuck it with glue but it fell after a few days.
