My Bedside Lamp 1 is not being detected with my “iPhone X” although it was working before.
- I have rested the the lamp several times as mentioned in the manuals.
- I have rested my iPhone networks and settings
- I can not find the XMCTD in my bluetooth list
- My iOS version is the latest, 12.4.1
- Every time I try to find it, it comes back with “click to restart scan”
- In the mean time I tried with my wife phone which is iPhone 7 and it works fine.
- I tried my wife account and it does not work with my phone again.
Please let me know how I might solve the issue and pair it with my phone as well.
