Since about a month my yeelight pro is offline in yeelight/xiaomi home app. The lamp works by wall switch but I cannot reset it by switching on/off for 5 times. What shall I do to reset lamp? The lamp had newest software on it.

I am connected to chinese server in xiaomi app
The device cannot be control by google home app as well(“i am sorry there was an error…”).
It can only be controlled by wall switch and bluetooth remote by it cannot be reset
The lamp is offline both in mi home app and yeelight app
I got another yeelight lamp (not pro)and this one works without problems.

Try connect the lamp with a hotspots and update to latest firmware version.
I am not sure,how am I should do it if the lamp is offline? In apps I do not have access to options

Reset the lamp by power on and off fives times in a row, and there’s AP named like “yeelink-light-***” in your phone’s wifi list.
The thing is that I cannot reset it by this way. The lamp should start blinking etc but nothing happens. No lamp in wifi list
Any suggestions?
