So I have read through a lot of messages but still unclear why so many have the same issue connecting the bulb to the phone.
The bulb does not get past 25% when trying to connect/ pair… countless try’s and almost going to give up…
Can anyone help?

Switch the server location to Singapore or China and it should work.
