Hello, i try to reset the lamp but when i click 5 seconds on the reset button the lamp start breading and then turn off. After i try to connect to mi app and i cant.
Please try wait for about an hour and power on again, if the lamp could turn on, connect it immediately. Update to latest firmware version once connected.
If it still doesn’t work, please contact your retailer for a replacement.
