[Yeelight LED Bulb] How to connect 10 bulbs to wifi while they are on the same switch

Hi, I want to use Yeelight LED bulb for a hall.
There is 1 switch for every 10 bulbs.
My question is:
How to do initial configuration for each bulb? I want to name each bulb by number (example: lamp1, lamp2, lamp3, lamp4…). If they are turned on altogether with one switch, how can I identify each bulb?

Another small question:
Can we use router without internet connection?

It should works as a single bulb configuration. If not, you can configure all of them singularly and after you can connect all of them to your hall
