Always OFFLINE

Always offline… I will reset and the bulbs are okay again… then the next day, offline again

I have 2 colored bulbs and 1 led strip

I have no idea… I already took the bulbs out of the sockets because they are useless. Good thing the LED strip has its own power switch, I can still use it even if its offline most of the time if not all the time.

If you switch if off and power on again, will the bulb back online again? I don’t think it need reset again when it is offline.

And how many devices connected to your router?

Tried turning on the LED strip on and off… still offline! Tried it a few times… still offline
