Hi i have a mi bedside light. I am trying to update its software using the lixin account but it keeps going to 30% then freezes. Any help would be appreciated 
Have a try with 4G hotspots: connect the lamp to it, and try update firmware again.

Setup a hotspot with another phone, better with the same SSID and password with your router, shutdown your router, turn off and turn on your lamp, then the lamp will connect to your hotspots. Try update firmware to see if it works.
