Is it possible to create local light or segment lighting, .i.e few part of strip in one color and remaininnig part in different color. Morel like ambilight for TVs.

I don’t know but it seems not so possible. Maybe you can try with some LED strip lights Amazon offers. I saw others use that, though it may not create exactly the same effect, it looks good too.
