My light strip is only showing blue colour, and I have reset the strip and still cant get other 2 colours to show up.
You can contact with your distributor’s After-sales service if the limited lifetime warranty is valid.
Fixed it. Was that some of the pins had become disconnected. Thanks to another similar post that had the same issue with only showing red
