Hi, i just got my first strip and additional bulbs, and now struggling with commanding them with IFTTT. For some reason IFTT taking group settings from mi home app and not from yeelight app, I could live with that, but mi home app do not see my strip, only bulbs. Both apps set to Singapore servers. Can i make it use Yeelight app groups?
It’s related to some backend server problems, we will take a look today.

For some backend server problems, you can see the groups on IFTTT. In actually, it’s Should not show.
Now we had fix it,and you will only see bulbs on IFTTT.
You cann’t use groups now,but you can use scenes or rooms in our next app version.
But with scenes i will not be able to set brightness to ## (variable) for a group of bulbs. Why not support groups?
If you want to control a group of bulbs, please create the secene bundle(It can attach bulbs to different scenes ) on Yeelight APP. After the bundles were created , you can see them on IFTTT. And then control your bulbs with it.
