How to set sunrise/sunset outside of China?

As subject, how to set sunrise/sunset when living outside China? For what I see in the mi home app I can use this only for Chinese towns… when getting info nothing happens…

I think we release sunrise/sunset scene in all the servers, please double check it.
If you still have the problem, please provider which server do you connect? we will have a try.

I am unable to get location info on my country (Italy) as I have as choice only Chinese cities… I am connecting China mainland server. If I try to get location info from my side I get a loop trying to get Infos without success…
