Hi, i have a Echo Dot 2. edition, and when asked to change the light color Alexa keep saying “That only works when your lights are set to a shade of white”.
The firmware are 597465220.

It will be working if you update to the latest firmware version. Is 597465220 your firmware version?
i have the same problem “Thats only works when your light is set to a shade of white” with all colours works good but u cant return to white. firmware 3.1.73
Same Problem since a few days. Can only change the color to white tones with Alexa. Any other color is not possible. In home assistant and Yeelight app I can change the color to any RGB color. I have 8 yeelink.light.color1 devices. All the same problem.
