So I was wondering how hot does the metal part of the bulb become? Is it normal that it get so hot you can barely touch it? Or is there something wrong there?

I was just wondering cause the same bulb has a problem that cant be solved. At blue color the brightness stays at 0 no matter what and it acts weirdly. GB has refunded me because of that, but ia it still safe to use the bulb? Thats why i was concerned about the heating as well. But if its hot then its hot 
That means blue LED was defected. It should be fine under other color.
