Hi,
Just got my bedside lamp but when power up it did not light up at all. Had checked the power adapter , it is working as using the same power adaptor I can power up the Xiaomi Philips Led table light. Could someone help as how to diagnose this unit? Unit is new and bought from Xiaomi directly and delivered to Singapore via vpost.
