Just bought 2 yeelight color 220v , can’t connect to my apple extreme router. Tried pinging and got 0% loss, using Singapore server. How do I make it to connect.
The old firmware may have some capability issue with Apple router. Could you find anther phone and set a hotspot, then connect the bulb through the hotspot. Once connected, please update the firmware, after that, you can reset your bulb and connect to your router.
Please upgrade the firmware of the bulb, there’s some issue with the bulb with old firmware with Apple router.
