YEELIGHT LED CEILING LIGHT - Request timed out

Hello,

I am facing an issue to install the « YEELIGHT LED CEILING LIGHT”.

When I try to install, after 100% processing, I have “Request timed out” all the time with both Chinese and Singapore server.

I live in Europe, I use an iphone.

I have on the other hand, successfully installed the standard “YEELIGHT LED Bulb” without any problem.

Anyone can help me please ?

Does your ceiling light flash during the connection?

i see no flash during the connection .

Only after the rest (On/Off 5 times).

Please try this:

DISABLE bluetooth on your iphone, then try to add ceiling lamp again. In the first page when you click NEXT button, there will be window popup to remind you enable bluetooth, click other area to dismiss that window and then click NEXT button again. Then you will be able to connect ceiling lamp in same way as color bulb. Try this and let me know!
