Yeelight app won't find Bedside lamp

My Yeelight app can’t find the bedside lamp. Bluetooth is on, tried resetting lamp multiple times, nothing seems to work. Lamp comes on manually.

Could you see AP named like “XMCTD_” in your bluetooth list? If yes, which platform do you use, Android or IOS?

No, I don’t see that and I use Android

Please double check if you have grant location permission to Yeelight app, and location service has been enabled.

Please reset the lamp and try again, if you still can’t see it in your phone’s bluetooth list, please try use another phone.

I have reset many times and tried 3 different phones. Still nothing.
