Impossible to connect

Hi,

I bought the Color LED some days ago, and now im trying to connect in my new home. Impossible.

I’ve tried with different phones (iPhone and a Xiaomi), neither can connect, using MiHome nor Yeelight app, no connection. In Android is time out error, in iPhone is directly error, and I don’t know what else I can do to connect this light.

Can you please give me a solution? I saw some posts and talked about DNS settings, which I already made, but doesn’t work for me. Could anyone on the staff bring me some light here?

Have you ever connected before? If YES, you don’t need to connect again, login with the same account you can get devices you have connected.

Please check if the bulb connects to your router? And which country do you live?
