Do you need a phone if you use google home

Hey guys,

im considering to buy yeelights for my google home, but my only question is this:

Can i control the lights when my mobile is off. Or is there always a cellphone needed to make the right connections?

I really hope its possible that it works without phone to, otherwise im not sure if this is for me.

Hi,

First you should be sync devices by GoogleHome App on mobile phone, when you sync successfully, don’t need mobile phone after.
